At the tender age of 4, clad in a Dallas Cowboys football helmet in the scorching Kansas summer heat, I discovered a love for sports that would shape the trajectory of my life. I felt the exhilaration of pushing boundaries, embracing challenges, and savoring victories. I revel in the pure joy of the game. I was an Army brat, shaped by 6 moves in 18 years across Europe and the United States during the Cold War. This nomadic lifestyle instilled in me the traits of adaptability, fairness, and tenacity.

I channeled my boundless energy into becoming a college basketball player. This allowed me to live in "the zone," where brilliance and freedom intertwined. After college, I recognized my inability to be tethered to a desk. I pursued a doctorate in physical therapy, embracing the role of healer and caretaker. Somehow life’s exhilarations eluded me as a wife, mother and dog mom until I discovered the world of acting.

With this great awaking acting became my new sport. I was finally engaged in life’s pursuit of the ultimate challenge. I have been enriched by the freedom and authenticity and sheer joy of acting. As an actor I bring my unique experiences to every role.

I am unexpected and follow roads less traveled. The great writer Robert Frost's immortal words encourage us to take the unconventional path. Life is not obstacles, but opportunities for growth and discovery. As an actor, I infuse each project with the same drive, dedication, energy, and passion that fueled my basketball career and professional endeavors
